General Information

To establish a correct Bra Size - take the tape measure and hold it straight and firmly measure around your rib cage, across your back and just below your bust. If the measurement is even add 4 inches to it and if it is odd add 5 inches to it. This is your bra size.

To establish a correct Cup Size - measure yourself as before but this time across the fullest part of your bust. Hold the tape firmly but not so tight that it flattens you. If there is no difference between this measurement and the obtained above then you are an A cup. If there is a difference of 1 inch then you are a B cup, 2 inches a C cup, 3 inches a D cup and 4 inches a DD cup.

To establish a correct Dress Size - your waist should be measured at your natural waistline. Your hips should be measured at the fullest part, about 8-9 inches below your waistline. With all this information and the chart below you should be able to work out your dress size.
